Return Policy

At Komo Studio, we create essentials you’ll love and live in. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve made returns simple.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Email us at hello@komostudioph.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us.
  3. After inspection, we’ll issue a refund or store credit (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is confirmed.
